Created in 1924, the Cellier des Princes is the only cooperative cellar in the Châteauneuf du Pape area.
The combination of the meticulous work from the vine-growers, the complex and diversified soils and the optimal exposure of the vineyards along with the age of the vines are the key factors making the terroir exceptional. The wines are a product of their forward-thinking environment and show lovely structure and opulence as a result of the hot, dry climate and the chalky, pebbled soils.
