ABOUT THE PRODUCER:
The Misty Peak Rosé comes from California’s sun-drenched vineyards where warm days slowly ripen the grapes and cool nights ensure a bright, crisp wine. The misty mountain peaks in the distance overlook the vineyards which produce this easy-drinking wine, bursting with vibrant fruit flavours.
ABOUT THE VINEYARD:
The grapes were grown in selected vineyards in California. The vineyards were carefully cultivated throughout the year to ensure the berries reached optimum maturity and were full of lively fruit flavours.
THE WINEMAKING PROCESS:
Made from 100% Zinfandel. The grapes were harvested when they had reached maturity. Fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts to showcase the fruity aromas of the Zinfandel variety and retain the pure fruit flavours.
OUR TASTING NOTES:
Off dry in style, this rosé offers flavours of watermelon, strawberry and white nectarine, with a silky texture and a soft finish.
