ABOUT THE PRODUCER:
Pushing back the boundaries – that’s exactly what we’re doing with these voluptuous fruit-packed wines. For those wine lovers who prefer the frankness of a single varietal to the erudition of a blend. Our winemaker has taken parcels of fruit from across South Australia’s sun-drenched vineyards, and crafted wines of maximum freshness. They are the ultimate expression of varietal, and the perfect entry into Aussie wines.
ABOUT THE VINEYARD:
The grapes are sourced from vineyards throughout the Riverina region on vines have been spur pruned. The vine age is varied. Vines are planted roughly 1.8m apart with 3.6m between the rows to allow machinery access.
THE WINEMAKING PROCESS:
The grapes were cold fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to retain the fruity aromatics. Delicate use of oak adds subtle complexity and a gently creamy texture to the resulting wine.
OUR TASTING NOTES:
Concentrated fruity aromas of citrus and melon lead to a soft, delicate and creamy palate with gentle hints of oak.
