Shopping with us is really easy! You don’t have to be a member of any clubs or hold any subscriptions, however, you will require an account.
For customers that are looking for convenience and also to save some money, we are working on putting together a selection of pre-mixed cases of our best-selling and more popular wines. You can find them under ‘Browse’ > ‘Mixed Cases’ in the top menu – Remember to check back soon for more going live in the coming weeks.
If you have specific preferences and want to mix your own case, then the easiest way is to browse the All Wines page. You can also find this under ‘Browse’ in the top navigation menu.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include value-added tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charges are additional, more information on how our deliveries work below.
There is no limit on the amount of bottles you can order at one time. You will see that each individual product shows a minimum amount that can be added to the cart. Whilst we do prefer orders in multiples of six, this is not always a necessity to complete your order.
Our pre-mixed cases come in a range of different sizes, from 3, 6 & 12 – the amount of bottles in each pack is clearly outlined on the individual product pages.

Delivery charges will be added to your order during the checkout process, and calculated based on postcode.

We deliver anywhere in the UK, including NI, Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.
We aim to deliver the majority of orders within 2-3 working days. Outlying postcodes may take a little longer.
We will confirm the expected delivery date by email – if you wish to delay your delivery please let us know and we will do what we can to assist.
Orders over £300 are delivered directly from our bonded warehouse according to a schedule determined by postcode.
Orders under £300 are delivered by APC Overnight and you will receive tracking information by email and/or text. This information will usually be updated with an estimated delivery time slot, once the driver’s round has been allocated on the morning of delivery.
Deliveries are made on weekdays during business hours and all deliveries must be accepted at the point of delivery. Upon request, deliveries can be left in a secure location but this is undertaken at the purchaser’s risk.
After placing your order, and the package has left our warehouse you should receive updates via SMS and/or email from the courier (APC Overnight or DPD Local) which will include a link to track your order
You can also track your order by clicking on the person icon at the top-right of the screen to access your account. Under ‘My Account‘, select ‘Order history‘ and from there you will be able to track your order.
