Yes – just let us know before dispatch if you’d like us to hold or delay your order. You can also leave delivery instructions (such as a safe place) at checkout.

Once your order has left our warehouse, changes are more difficult, but we’ll always try to assist. You’ll be able to rearrange the delivery date directly via our courier’s website.

In the event that you are not in at the time of delivery, the couriers will leave it in the designated secure location, or with a neighbour. If this is not possible, they will leave a card and the wine will be returned to your local depot.

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide (as confirmed in our order confirmation email) is correct and complete; should it be incorrect you must notify us immediately so that we can amend your order prior to dispatch.

If delivery cannot be made successfully within seven days, the couriers will return the wine to ourselves. Redelivery or delivery to another address will then be charged at the prevailing rate together with a return charge of £10. In the event that you cancel your order following return by the couriers, we will deduct the original delivery charge and the £10 return charge from your refund.

All of our wines are re-packed into specially designed boxes, some of which contain a pulp-safe bottle system, which are designed to protect the bottles from damage during transit. All of our packaging is 100% recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable.

Some orders are dispatched directly from our bonded warehouse in their original packaging, and these are delivered by a specialist wine carrier.

No. We’re unable to offer local collection at this time, as all of our wines are held in bonded storage.
