On the account / login page, click Lost your password?, and follow the instructions, we’ll send you a secure link to reset it. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your junk folder or contact us for help.
Yes. Once logged in, go to My Account to update your name, address, email, or payment details at any time.
Browse our range, add your chosen bottles or cases to your basket, and head to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or log in to your account for a faster experience. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
There’s no minimum order, and you can order as many bottles as you like. Some products are available as singles, while others are listed in cases.
Absolutely. You can mix and match any bottles you like to create your own case – or choose one of our pre-selected mixed cases for an expert-curated experience.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help. Once it’s on its way, changes are more difficult, but we’ll always try to assist.
Yes – simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout and include your personal message in the order notes. We can include a handwritten gift note to make it extra special.
We accept all major debit and credit cards through Stripe, as well as Klarna, Clearpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay for quicker checkout.
Please note that PayPal is not accepted at this time.
Yes – all payments are handled securely through Stripe, a trusted global payment provider. Our website is fully SSL-encrypted, and we never store or share your card details.
Yes – if you have a valid Ratcliffe & Co Wines discount code, enter it in the Basket page before completing your payment, and the discount will apply automatically.
Delivery charges will be added to your order during the checkout process and calculated based on your postcode.

Free delivery applies to all orders over £300. WineSaver subscribers also benefit from free delivery.
Orders under £300 are delivered by our courier partners DHL or DPD Local, and you will receive tracking information by email and/or text. This information will usually be updated with an estimated delivery time slot once the driver’s round has been allocated on the morning of delivery.
Orders over £300 are delivered directly from our bonded warehouse according to a schedule determined by postcode.
We deliver anywhere in the UK, including NI, the Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands.
We aim to deliver the majority of orders within 2-4 working days. Outlying postcodes may take a little longer.
Deliveries are made on weekdays during business hours, and all deliveries must be accepted at the point of delivery. Upon request, deliveries can be left in a secure location, but this is undertaken at the purchaser’s risk.
Yes – after your order has left our warehouse, you should receive updates via SMS and/or email from the courier partners (either APC, DHL or DPD Local), which will include a link to track your order
You can also track your order through the site by clicking on the account / login icon (the little person) at the top of the page. Under My Account, select order history and from there you will be able to track your order.
If you have any problems, please feel free to contact us directly.
Yes – just let us know before dispatch if you’d like us to hold or delay your order. You can also leave delivery instructions (such as a safe place) at checkout.
Once your order has left our warehouse, changes are more difficult, but we’ll always try to assist. You’ll be able to rearrange the delivery date directly via our courier’s website.
In the event that you are not in at the time of delivery, the couriers will leave it in the designated secure location, or with a neighbour. If this is not possible, they will leave a card and the wine will be returned to your local depot.
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide (as confirmed in our order confirmation email) is correct and complete; should it be incorrect you must notify us immediately so that we can amend your order prior to dispatch.
All of our wines are re-packed into specially designed boxes, some of which contain a pulp-safe bottle system, which are designed to protect the bottles from damage during transit. All of our packaging is 100% recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable.
Some orders are dispatched directly from our bonded warehouse in their original packaging, and these are delivered by a specialist wine carrier.
No. We’re unable to offer local collection at this time, as all of our wines are held in bonded storage.

We’re not a wholesaler and don’t supply to trade. However, our pricing structure is designed to be extremely competitive.

We take great care packing every order, but if something isn’t right, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Yes – unopened bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first to arrange the return. Return postage is your responsibility unless the wine was damaged or incorrect.
Once your returned items are received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days to your original payment method.
