Australia
From Porongurup to the Mornington Peninsula, Riesling to Shiraz, Australia’s incredibly diverse landscapes and regions produce an amazing range of varietals and styles. As such a vast and diverse country, it is amazing to see winemakers across Australia embrace the diversity of the regions showcasing the distinct climates, soils and terroirs.
One of the key trends coming out of Australia in recent years is the use of ‘alternative’ grape varieties. A conscious effort by winemakers to look away from ‘traditional’ Australian grape varieties, and instead producing wine from grapes that normally make their home in the Mediterranean.
We are extremely proud of our Australian portfolio and are pleased to be able to offer you an example of each of the country’s unique styles – cool climate Mornington Peninsula, blistering hot Barossa Valley, we believe we have a taste of the best from across the country.
